  3. We prep and send an online proof (with notes).

  4. You get 2 free edits. Approve the proof → we print.

  5. Turnaround: custom orders start production after payment & approval (10 days). Standard in-stock items ship in 4 business days.

Best for: cleanups and setup on simple artwork.
Includes:

  • Correct sizing & layout to your chosen dimensions
  • Add bleed & safe area
  • Cut path / single contour for die-cut items (simple shapes)
  • Set color profile to sRGB
  • Minor cleanup: dust/stray pixels, simple background trims
  • Basic vectorization for simple logos (if needed)
  • Annotated online proof + 2 free edits (shared with your order)

Typical use: solid-edge logos, straightforward sticker shapes, simple banners.
Doesn’t include: full redesign, complex photo edits, heavy illustration (quoted separately).

File Support: Advanced

Best for: complex shapes or files that need extra work.
Includes everything in Basic, plus:

  • Complex cut paths / multiple contours (intricate edges, inside holes)
  • Deeper cleanup: remove complex backgrounds, repair rough edges, merge multiple files/artboards
  • Typesetting & layout tweaks: spacing/line breaks, small text fixes
  • Intermediate vectorization (clean trace & smooth paths)

Typical use: hand-drawn art with ragged edges, fine outlines, detailed sticker packs, tricky contours.
May require custom quote if: artwork needs a full redraw, heavy photo retouching, or layout from scratch.

FAQs

Will you change my design?
Only to make it print-ready (size/bleed/cut lines/color). Layout or creative changes beyond that are a separate design service.

Can you match brand colors?
We’ll target your RGB values; provide Pantone refs if you have them. Minor variation vs. screens is normal.

What if my image is low-resolution?
We’ll advise options (smaller size, vector redraw quote, or proceed as-is with expectations).

How many edits are included?
Your custom order includes 2 free edits total (proof stage). Extra edits can be added as a small fee.

How do I send files?
