Do you offer local pickup?
Yes—Lytle, TX, Mon–Fri 9am–2pm. We’ll email pickup instructions when your order is ready.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes. Use our Custom Orders page. Includes a proof of concept + two free edits. Production is 10 days after payment & proof approval.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard items ship in 4 business days. Custom orders: 10 days after payment & proof approval.
Do you offer rush service?
Rush is available only for custom orders for an additional fee, depending on schedule.
Will my print match the online proof?
Yes—what you approve is what we print. Please double-check size, crop/bleed, placement, and spelling.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the highly customized orders and unique product we provide, we do not offer a return program. However, we do guarantee you'll be satisfied with your order, or we will refund your money. For more information, see our Refund Policy.
Do you offer File Support?
Yes—we offer File Support. Add it to your purchase and we’ll make your art print-ready: correct sizing, bleed/margins, color profile, and light cleanup (dust, stray pixels, basic vectorization). Extensive redesign or recreation may require a custom quote.
Can I talk with someone?
Yes—we’re happy to chat. Because we’re often on the printers/laser, we schedule calls so we can give you our full attention. Use the Contact Us form (or email hello@t-r-signs.com) with your number and preferred times, and we’ll confirm a call window. We typically return calls Mon–Fri, 9am–2pm CT; messages after hours are answered the next business day.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we begin preparing orders soon after they’re placed, cancellations must be requested immediately. Use the Contact Us page and include your order number and “Cancel Request” in the subject. If your item has already moved to production (printing, cutting, or scheduled for finishing), it cannot be canceled.
